We combine medical expertise with advanced technology to build environments where the data means something. Our scenarios run from Point of Injury through Role 2 and are designed to stress-test systems, people, and processes.
Every casualty event is different, yet complexity is often treated as a constant. StEEvE, the Standardized Emergency Event Equalizer, is a framework and software-enabled platform designed to objectively quantify the operational complexity of emergency medical events across military and civilian environments. When complexity can be defined, it can be controlled for. That makes research findings, technology assessments, and training benchmarks comparable.
DARPA Triage Challenge R2MG is the scenario design and execution partner. We are responsible for the design and execution of the competitive evaluation environment, including lanes and gates, role-player integration and management, high-fidelity casualty presentations, and the data collection infrastructure.
DARPA MINERVA R2MG has been selected to participate. Our contribution is rooted in our capability to model and collect meaningful data inside mass casualty environments, working alongside the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood.
1st Cavalry Division, U.S. Army We facilitated high-fidelity casualty care scenarios across a continuum of care from Point of Injury through Role 2, integrating up to 29 simultaneous casualties.
Academic partners With Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Toledo, we embed research development directly into operational contexts.
